Where To Get Help
If you need help with the EpsonNet External Print Server or any
of the included software, see the contact information below.
EPSON Technical Support
EPSON provides technical assistance 24 hours a day through the
electronic support services and automated telephone services
listed in the following table:
Service Access
World Wide Web From the Internet, you can reach EPSON Support
at http://support.epson.com. At this site, you can
download drivers and other files, look at
documentation such as product brochures and
user manuals, and access troubleshooting
information.
EPSON Internet
FTP Site
If you have Internet FTP capability, use your Web
browser (or other software for FTP downloading)
to log onto ftp.epson.com with the user name
anonymous and your e-mail address as the
password.
EPSON E-MAIL
Technical Support
To receive technical advice through e-mail, go
to http://support.epson.com and complete the
form under the troubleshooting tab, as
requested.

Services
A variety of automated help services are
